Our 2010 Program Options

Our INTENSIVE program option covers all classes with your facilitator and small group of learners within a one month timeframe.

You are provided blocks of time in class to work on your projects so you can receive the help and support from both facilitator and peers when you need and how you need it!

You still need to allocate additional time outside of classess to complete practical work and projects not completed in class.

Your final deadline date is three months after your last class. This is certainly an intensive option but building great camaraderie with your fellow learners as just one of the benefits is not to be missed!

BONUS! Receive free access to our full online modules as additional learning support and background reading for your class based programs!

Our PART TIME program option gives you some breathing space inbetween classes. Generally spread out over a three to four month period, you get to meet up with your facilitator and fellow learners at weekly classes and continue to work on your own projects inbetween.

Our part time option follows our INTENSIVE content so you still receive valuable, 'self paced' blocks of time in class to work on your own projects.

Our SELF-PACED E-LEARNING option allows you to work at your own pace without having to attend any classes! Receive full phone and email support from your very own human LEARNAVORE!

Our central focus, in line with the TAA04 philosophy, is the LEARNER and your ability to facilitate the LEARNING PROCESS. Your focus will be a learner centred approach where you are building and improving on your skills in fostering a learning culture with others.

Program Content

The APCOT Public Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Program is made up of 12 core units and 2 pre-selected electives bundled into four learning fields and covers an integrated program across all classes.
The Learning Environment Field relates to your ability to create and maintain a dynamic learning environment that engages learners and creates that elusive, 'intrinisc and ongoing motivation'
The Learning Design Field will help you ensure your learners are working through a dynamic yet personalised program of learning. You will discover the underlying principles of adult learning and the most effective ways to design learning programs.
In the Assessment Field bundle of units you will develop your capability in measuring learning progress and making judgements as to whether learners have achieved effective performance outcomes
Develop and build your interpersonal skills and use techniques to create a positive and productive relationship with your learners in the Delivery and Facilitation Field.
The rewards you reap in helping others to learn and develop will keep you ROARING for a long time after!
