Your Workshop Facilitator

Tony Vickers-Willis brings over 30 years international experience in the change management field to this dynamic workshop Tony is an MBA qualified change management practitioner, University lecturer, author and speaker.

Tony works with leaders to implement organisational change successfully, develop human capability, unlock human potential, and engender high performance at work.

As an organisational psychologist, Tony's strength lies in his specialist understanding about human behaviour at work.

He applies positive psychology approaches and tools to enable clients to understand what drives their employee's performance, and then brings about change that releases the enormous potential, often lying dormant, in their people.

Tony's commercial experience spans Australia, Asia Pacific, UK and India, in both private and public sectors. Tony has concurrently lectured Monash University students in Managing Change & Organisational Development Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management
